About Us and Our Home

Your host, Sandra, is a lifelong Alaskan (since the age of six weeks). Her grandparents moved to Alaska to start a construction company in the 1940s. She is a retired high school English teacher.

Her daughter is 12 years old and was born in Hunan Province, China. She really enjoys visitors, music and likes to play soccer and to play with her hamster named Ping.

Rooms & Rates:

Lily Room - A lovely room with a queen bed, private bath with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower, phone, cable TV, robes, hairdryer, and blackout shades for those long daylight hours. This room offers a view of the Chugach Mountains. One bed per room.

High Season

$119.00 + tax, per night double occupancy
$20.00 charge for extra person

Panda Room - An attractive room with a Chinese flair, a queen bed, shared bath, phone, cable TV, robes, hairdryer, and blackout shades for those long daylight hours. One bed per room.

$99.00 + tax, per night double occupancy
$20.00 charge for extra person

The Particulars:

Reservations are guaranteed with the first night's deposit. This deposit will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to arrival. Remaining balance is due upon arrival and becomes non-refundable after payment. Inquire about our consecutive night discount.

Refund policy ~ one night's lodging will be charged for a cancellation of less than 72 hours

Cancellations ~ a $20 processing fee applies to all cancellations. No refund for no-shows.

Method of payment ~ We accept traveler's cheques, cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards.
